Executive, people solutions division
Before joining us, Michaela served as Chief HR Executive for Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, where she led complex transformation initiatives and helped align people strategy with business execution. Her career has spanned leadership roles in strategy execution, global sales operations, and HR, with prior stints at Deutsche Bank, Simmons & Simmons, and Schroders.
At Change Logic, Michaela is the Executive for our award-winning People Solutions division.
She’s passionate about sales optimisation, organisational design, leadership alignment, and building people-first cultures that deliver real impact.
Kelly Snyman
Specialist consultant
Her clients include Altron Digital Business, iOCO, LSD Open, Standard Bank, and Eaton. Having led teams and delivered under pressure, Kelly brings a grounded, people-focused approach that drives real change.
